From your school provided Chromebook please follow the Google link below and click the blue Run Speed Test button there. After running a speed test, please email a screenshot of the test results to help@dlsnc-student.on.spiceworks.com. It would help you if you could do this each time you're experiencing these issues. Running a speed test can also help you find the best location for WiFi.
