Reserve a Conference room for your Calendar Event

If you'll be needing a conference room, or having an event in the gymnasium, please reserve that space by creating a calendar event as you normally would and then use the Add rooms option as shown in the animation below.

Additionally, if you'd like to add a conference room calendar so you can view it's availability at a glance, follow these steps.

  1. Click the plus + next to Other calendars, at the bottom left of your Google Calendar when using the browser page calendar.google.com

  2. Select Browse resources

  3. Checkmark the boxes for the calendar resources you'd like to add to your Other calendars section.

  4. Click the arrow next to Settings at the top left most part of the calendar page.
